Custom Mala Order Form

Please fill the form out to request a custom Mala.

In the description field list: The type of beads you want (up to 3), whether you want a tassel (color) or crystal pendant (name of crystal), and any other special requests.

After form is Submitted:

As soon as I see your request come though will price it out and send a quote to you. If you sign off on the quote, I will put a custom listing on my site and send you a link to it. Once I have received payment, I will order the supplies, make the Mala and process for shipping. Estimated processing time from receiving payment to shipping out 3 weeks.
